Struggling to load pictures using the software, why?

I saved the images from my Mac in Pendrive and tried opening them on the software in Windows 2002. The picture didn't open or load in the software. Could you please help me with a solution. Thank you/

Can you open your files in Windows 2002 with other programs ? If so, then try reinstalling Card Desiree CS.
