Is the starttoken version 1.1.9.33 software compatible with Windows 10 OS?

Because I install it but after log in and all steps my system goes to ideal state and does not allow me to perform any action and operation like type, or click button, exit etc. and does not allow to do any other thing on PC, then I have to shutdown the system.

Try to run the software in Compatibility mode using right click on the executable then choose Properties.
