In the Flex Windows (Lex and Yacc), the option Yacc Compile resulted: "Output completed (0 sec consumed) - cannot run the application"

Question

I edited .l and clicked on the "Lex File Compile" menu option, resulting in:

"Output completed (0 sec consumed) - cannot run the application"

I edited .y and clicked the Yacc Compile option, resulting in the same message.

I understood that I should then click on the Lex + Yacc Build option, resulting in the same message

So I thought I'd have a y.tab.c. and a y.tab.h, but I did not find it.

What do I still need to do to complete or what other path to follow?

Is there any tutorial?
