Where can I get an app for 3D modeling of furniture?

My name is Jean Gaudreau.

I am looking for an application or a software allowing me to model in three dimensions any piece of furniture (ex .: a chair) starting from a photo a little in the same way as you do it with buildings. Do you think your software could do the same job with furniture?

The most advanced application that I know to provide an in-depth 3D design for practically anything is 3Ds Max. That app is extremely hard to learn, but once you get the hangs of it, you can create practically anything. It supports loading blueprints to design from scratch or even images.
