Why can't I access my reports?

I am unable to access my reports. I just keep getting the blue busy symbol.

Since I couldn't find any documents for troubleshooting this issue, I recommend logging on the Customer Portal available on the ActiveNetwork website (developers of RTP|One). You can create a ticket on their website to obtain addition support for the RTP|ONE Client.

Unfortunately, this is the only thing I've found for the RTP|ONE Client application on the web.
