The license of 3D Home Architect is commercial which means that I can't download and install it. However, if you have it installed go to Help in main menu-bar and check the topics bundled within the document. Developers usually place all the necessary information in that section.
Additionally, check the installed directory for PDF or CHM files. I am fairly sure the procedure you're looking for is described in those files.
