How to fix the activation problem with GelQuant?

It said to ask for technical help, but the calls won't go through. We are in urgent need for this program to meet a deadline. One of the computers that we are using GelQuant on has no WiFi. So we have to keep manually putting in the activation code. Could that be the reason for our problem?

Sometimes the applications require an online server to properly activate the application. If you don't have WiFi and it's urgent to use the software, simply attack a WiFi dongle and connect to the Internet. It's the fastest and most reliable way to connect to the Internet, plus it's very cheap. For example, a standard WiFi dongle will cost somewhere around 5$.
