You can't download the Pipe Cutting Suite 4.7.9 because the official website is discontinued. This means you won't have the possibility to save the installation package to your PC to install it because there is no source available for this procedure.
Unfortunately, I couldn't locate any alternative to Pipe Cutting Suite application.
