You have to locate the user guide for PloterServ because I couldn't find anything about this software or the features/services you have mentioned in your question.
I believe that you will find what you need in the user guides and help files stored in the installation directory of PloterServ. If the software was developed to work with plotter, you'll surely have a tutorial on how to set up them.
