Unable to connect to iScala Logon Service with an error message "Access is denied"

Unable to connect to iScala Logon Service on the specified computer. The number of the error is 80070005 and it says "Access is denied". What can I do now?

The Logon Service uses security certificates in order for the connection to be successful. If something is interfering between the browser and the service and one of those certificates is not properly installed or something is blocking the connection you receive this error.

Because the service is web-based, please make sure that the browser you are using is properly configured to accept these security certificates in order to establish a secure and successful connection to the server.
