Receiving an "Invalid License" message.

I download the Mecapp pro software from fte.com. After installing the software I connected Bluetooth dongle. On opening the MecApp pro it is displaying as "Invalid license, please contact Mecel for support". And I am not able to access any of the tabs.

Please help me to overcome it and get the license of Mecapp Pro.

Everything related to license activation and support needs to be forwarded to the Technical Support team of the product you've bought.

For MecApp visit the following link to access the contact details. Use one of the available details to contact the seller/manufacturers/developers. They should provide instructions how to properly activate the product/application.
