Is PCN-GRAMS compatible with Windows 10?

I've got the following error: Run-time error: '9'. Subscript out of range. How can I solve it?

PCN-GRAMS seems to have serious issues on Windows 10. I've downloaded the installation package and it even refuses to install, although the setup starts normally without errors.

I receive BAD COMMAND when attempting to install the main application. If you have it installed, access the main installation directory and look for help guides or files containing details on how to overcome various issues.
