I suggest you start looking in the installation folder of Documentor 2 because the web doesn't provide anything about it. I've searched the web and all the websites listed on Google Search and found nothing. The Documentor 2 is either discontinued or available only to selected customers.
In the installation folder, you might find PDF, CHM, or TXT files with troubleshooting examples of common problems.
