After searching the web, I realized that no support is actually available for the Intellution Gateway Server. There are some websites mentioning its name, but that's it. No downloads or documents related to various inquiries.
However, based on what I've seen with some applications, a timeout operation is usually caused by the communication errors. If you're connecting remotely to the software/server, access the communication settings to check them.
Some apps even have a Test function to see where the errors are located and how to fix them.
