It all depends on how many drivers you want to update in one go. However, the drivers very big in size are the ones for graphics and audio. Also, I wouldn't recommend installing DriverToolkit to update the drivers on your PC, instead use the default way to download them from the manufacturer's website. It's safer this way and besides, you won't experience incompatibility or system instability.
It will also depends on how fast your Internet connection is.
