If you typed the password while NUDI was active, then re-enable NUDI and type the same password and press the exact same keys. The Windows log-in form should accept any character that is defined on the keyboard or while using a different program.
If you can't find the password this way, then reboot the PC, press the F8 until the service menu appears, go to Safe Mode, log in with the Administrator user and change the password. Make sure to disable NUDI to enter the correct characters.
