Why Memosoft isn't working on Windows 10?

I've checked the manual for MEMOSOFT for Windows and it appears that it hasn't been developed to support newer versions of Windows. As you can see in the screenshot below, it will run only on the mentioned versions of Windows, and Windows 10 isn't among them.

Yaskawa Memosoft for Windows, ver. 1.4.1 will run on a 64-bit Win10 Enterprise system. It is communicating with a Yaskawa GL130 through a Schneider Electric USB-to-Modbus Plus adapter (TSX C USB MBP). Schneider Electric Modbus Plus Driver Suite Ver. 9.0. Must use MB+ port. Install Modbus Plus Server and Multi Option included in CD.
