The IDX Renditioner Express was initially available as a plug-in/add-on, but now it seems that the developers have embedded it in TurboCAD. Therefore, its functionality might be available within TurboCAD by default, or available again as a plug-in.
I suggest you get in touch with the TurboCAD developers to see what is the status of the IDX Renditioner Express plug-in and its availability or what happened with it.
