It's hard to say if YesStreamer will work on Windows 10 or not primarily because the official website is discontinued and no other download is possible. I can't test the application on my Windows 10 to confirm it, but if you manage to download or install it, then the first launch needs to be done with the help of compatibility tweaks. This means you will have to right click the setup package to choose Properties > Compatibility. Choose a previous version of Windows from the list (preferably Windows 10 or 7) and then tick the Run as Administrator as well.
