Quantum Leap Estimator 97 is a very old application that doesn't have updates anymore. That version you have is probably the latest one available because you can't download newer ones and I suggest you keep it installed.
If it's possible create a backup copy of the database in case of failure and upload it on the cloud (Dropbox, Google Drive) just to be safe.
I've also searched on other websites, but didn't find anything related to availability of QLE 97.
