I've searched the web the details of EWF Pharma and couldn't find anything about the way it works, therefore you will need to look in the installation directory or directly in the main menu to locate the Help section. Since this is a major function in the software, I believe it should be explained there.
Based on the software's activity, it appears to be discontinued, or sold only to private customers.
