Problem with the VDSL line.

I've been using Phone Call Xpress for several years and I'm happy with it. Recently my phone line was upgraded to VDSL. Calls are now via the Internet. With the new hardware that the provider installed the Phone Call Xpress does not work. Do you have a solution?

I believe that you need to call them since they're providing the service as I don't know how their hardware works and how it's configured, and even if I did, the manufacturers/sellers have access to the box. Tampering with its settings both digitally or physically could leave you without warranty.

Try calling the Phone Call Xpress support, then explain the situation that you have with the hardware part. It's the recommended and normal way to overcome this situation.
