The Pro-RT Equity application doesn't appear on the website of the developers. There is a product that has the similar product format, but the download links are missing. It's called Best-RT.
I suggest you visit their page then get in contact with them. This way you can obtain an official statement about the status of the Pro-RT or Best-RT products.
