The LoadLedger is described as an application that is used for independent drivers, accountants and more. As you can see, it can be used for OTR truckers as well. I've extended the search on other websites and it appears that many drivers used it, especially the ones driving the trucks.
I recommend downloading the application to see exactly what it does. What I notice when I started the application is that the startup screen displays the text "professional truckers" which confirms it once again that LoadLedger is targeted to truckers, regardless of category.
