Employees are getting "Disabled User" when they log in.

We have a few employees who used to clock in and out with no problem. Now they are getting error messages that say 'Disabled User'. I can't find any discrepancies in their information. I deleted their info in the system, and added them back in but they get the same error message.

You should consider that might not be a problem with the users, but with the application. I recommend checking the functionality of the software. It might be possible that FAS could be corrupted. Checking the connectivity with the devices that connect to the FingerPrint Attendance System.

If it's possible, reinstall the application, but not before you wipe it complete from the system.
