Carriage does not move when software is on.

Question

Initialization is not happening. When the carriage is in the home position, the software will open and y axis moves move up & down but x-axis does not move. X motor and drive is good. Help me to solve this problem.

You'll have to take advantage of the built-in help because I can't really find anything about the GZYDP180. When I was searching on the Google Search, the name of the application appeared on a website, but that's it. There is no data regarding the way it works and how it works.

Start the software, then go to Help > Contents. In most of the cases, users omit to check that area where precious information is found.
