The Alibre CAM is a shareware application. It requires purchasing and its activation is done using a hardware device that needs to be physically attached to PC using COM or USB ports. You can download the installation package from its official website, but you won't have the possibility to complete the installation because of the hardware key. The downloads refer to the installer package for Alibre CAM.
Since application testing is out of the question, I can't really say if it supports loading the code and the objects you have. Better contact the developers and request this information from them.
