You PC needs to be equipped with Bluetooth support to be able to connect the device and pair it. If you have Bluetooth connectivity, then make sure the drivers are installed and the feature is turned on. You have to change a setting to make the PC/laptop discoverable so the band can connect.
You also have to install the HealthCoach application on the PC to be able to recognize the band.
Note: If it requires a driver to be installed, disable Driver Enforcement and then install it. To disable Driver Enforcement policy, follow this: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart.
