How to recover all thumbprint records from this software?

How can I find the previous record on every ID that has been detected through my Dermalog device?

You have to get in touch with the developers because their website doesn't have anything on DERMALOG MyBioID Verifier. I believe this is the kind of application that is used for customers only.

Access their website and fill the form asking how to export the data. Eventually, take this opportunity to ask for a user guide/manual as well.
