Does PClink32 install a runtime version of Rumba?

I've checked the software and it doesn't appear to have any runtime bundled with the main installation. I've also checked other websites and couldn't find anything about it or about the installation procedure. However, I've found a PDF file that contains additional information regarding the PCLink32 product and Rumba.

You can download it, but you need another application to open the PDF file unless the browser already supports it.
