The operating systems are not mentioned for the AGI Sting-Swift tools, therefore it's impossible to say if they work on Windows 10 or not. The simplest way is to test by yourself using compatibility tweaks. Right click their installers, then go to Properties > Compatibility. Select a previous version of Windows from the drop down list (preferably Windows XP Service Pack 3 or Windows 7) and then tick the Run as Administrator option from the same window. Launch the application and follow the installation instructions. If you still receive errors, then the products are not compatible with Windows 10.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find a download for a newer version of the software.
