I would not recommend it for its Live TV feature. If you want to use DStv Desktop Player's Catch Up function, that could work even though it will take a long while to download the TV shows and you won't be able to do anything else online during the downloading process. However, watching streams with such a limited bandwidth (4Mbps=0.5 MB/s) would be quite frustrating, unless the video had a really low resolution.
