Although the EuroKAM Plus is still available and can be purchased, I couldn't find a user guide in the French language. There isn't one even in the English language as well. This means you will have to get in touch with developers and ask for one since it's the fastest and most reliable thing to do right now. You can contact the developers using the many available methods posted on the official website.
