Fail to connect to the device, please, check network and device. This is the message I get. Was it working until reset the router.

If you've performed a reset of the router and SuperLivePro doesn't connect anymore, then you'll have to add the IP where the software is installed to the DMZ zone. This procedure automatically opens any ports for apps running on that PC to connect to servers using various ports.

You can find the DMZ under the Firewall or Port Forwarding section on you router, depending on the model.

Additionally, make sure that the Firewall is configured to allow SuperLivePro to connect to the Internet.
