Please follow these steps maybe it's will solve the problem.
FIRST STEP: Click on (Start + R) in the box Type this order "services.msc" as in picture below.
SECOND STEP: The service box will open, through the box that appears in front of you search for Windows Firewall, you may find it in automatic mode or Manuel. Disable it. By clicking on it and then press enter or double-click with the left mouse button on the Windows Firewall.
- Now all you have to do is follow the steps in the picture below.
Important Note: You must save the previous steps to return to another time. Or to restore it as it was before.
Now install the MobileGo software.
