Since the Maymeal NoteClip is not available for download, we will have to work only with the one installed on your PC. As far as I know, applications that work as Desktop widgets have a system tray icon from where you can access their main interface or other related options.
Locate the system tray on your desktop on the lower right side and expand the notification box. Your app should be there. Usually, a simple right click on the icon will display the main menu.
Additionally, look in the installation folder for the main executable and launch it or create a shortcut ton the desktop.
