I don't think the application works with the model of the device you've mentioned in your question. Based on the details found on Specifications page the device is using its own software.
All the screenshots available for Card Desiree CS point that it works with specifically designed printers from certain series.
You can contact the ones from HIDGlobal, because the developers of Card Desiree CS can't be reached, since their website is offline.
