Difficulties with ABPM50 software.

I got CONTEC ABPM50 two months ago. It runs well and my doctor is satisfied with the holter report. But I want to use the device to look at my blood pressure every morning, midday, evening. I can do that, but it is impossible to transfer data to my PC. What is the right way to do that?

There is a troubleshooting/guide page created by the manufacturers where you can learn how to properly transfer the data from the device to PC using their application. Visit the link posted below for additional information related to that.

Thanks for your quick answer.
Perhaps my explanations were not sufficients.
Device and software run well in case of APBM use (24 hours observation).
But then :
I delete all datas.
I mesure my blood pressure three times (so there is 3 mesures in the device memory)(I see them)
I connect the PC to the device
I try to dowload datas from device to PC, but software tell me : "no data recieved, COM closed"

That seems not a normal running.
Is there something to do ?

I have exactly the same problem with the same error messages.
I have not been able to get much help from the manufacturer
Is ABM50 able to run on Windows 10?
