Wind Sensor doesn't work.

I have a 2800 weather station which has a solar powered wind sensor. I tried sending my question to customer service, but no reply. The weather station works fine (outside temp, humidity, rain, inside temp) but I get no wind information. I reset everything and still nothing. The computer shows that the wind sensor is fully charged. Any ideas?

I still believe the customer service has a word on this because if after you've tried everything including a reset still doesn't work, then it means the problem could be physical and the hardware might not work properly.

As always, no matter how unimportant an app is, a user should always read the user guide because there could be various settings that have to be configured before measurement appears.
