The software doesn't appear to be available for downloading, therefore I can't test it to say what is the exact backup procedure.
If you have the software simply use a USB Flash drive and copy the installation folder to another PC, then launch it there. In most of the cases, the database is saved into the installation directory as well.
Or you can use File > Save as and export the content to a standard file that you can import later.
