Theoretically, if an application has a built-in login option, a password reset and a website should be available as well. The first thing to try is to reset the password. I am mostly sure you will be redirected to a page. You can tell based on the availability of the software if the service is still supported or not. If you can log-in or change your password, then you have to check the membership in case it's using one. Alternatively, configure your firewall to allow output connectivity to outside world (Internet).
