I recommend checking out the Member Area on CinEx HD's website. Login with your account, then on the right side you should see a Your Licenses button. Click on it and check things out over there.
In case that doesn't help you, on the very bottom of the page you will see a Term of Use button. Click on it, then on the page that opens up, you will see a contact form on the right side. Use that to contact the developers and ask them about your situation.
