I've searched the web for similar encounters, but didn't find anything available or in the available documents which means that what you've encountered is actually a good thing or it's an error, but needs more documentation. Since there is nothing available to look through (troubleshooting documents, user guides, errors info), you have to open the built-in Help section of the software to see if there is enough info regarding the LED status and its behavior.
