Blank CD emulation while using WinCDEmu CD-RW (Virtual CD burner).

Can WinCDEmu emulate a blank CD so that other applications see it as a CD Writer and burn it to an ISO image (or the like)?

The application can't emulate a blank CD or perform the operation you specified in your question. There were two apps at one time that were capable of doing this, but it appears they're discontinued now as they didn't have the success they wanted.

You can use many other apps out there that help you create ISO images directly. You can use MagicISO, PowerISO or even UltraISO.
