The Hydraflow Hydrographs appears to be discontinued because the software is not available on the official website anymore. They have another product called Hydraflow Studio that, I believe, comes as a replacement to this application. I recommend checking their official website to watch the tutorials for the new software because there is nothing available for the one above.
