Is it possible to have Polygonia Software and technical documentation in Russian or Ukrainian language?
Polygonia works as a plug-in for various applications. I've checked the official website and I didn't see anything related to the languages you have specified above. The plug-in either doesn't support them, or it depends on the installed version of the support application where you want to deploy the plug-in on.
