According to the application's official webpage, CodeFinder should work with every Windows version newer than Windows 98. However, the program looks pretty old, so in case you run into any issues, you could try running it in compatibility mode with Windows XP. To do this, right-click the executable, select Properties, then go to the Compatibility tab, tick the Run this program in compatibility mode box and select Windows XP.
If that doesn't work, you can set up a virtual machine, install Windows XP on it, then run CodeFinder from there.
