Method of subtraction.

What is the differences between the different methods of subtraction in FlowPy 5.2 software? I mean there are two percentage of background, channel by channel, cumulative, and maximum positive difference. How can I choose the most suitable one? It depends on what? What is the function of every one?

There is no documentation available for what you've asked. I've downloaded the package and looked through its interface and in the installation directory, but couldn't find anything available. However, after some exploring on the official website of the developers, it appears that the software supports Histogram Subtraction. It might not be exactly what you asked, but it's a start.

Download and install the software, then load some content and activate the Historgram Subtraction through the Data Analysis button.
