Unfortunately, Scene Sounds is only designed for iOS; this means that it will only work on iPhones, iPads, and iPods Touch. Apple doesn't provide any way for its customers to run iOS apps on MacOS and even if you use a simulator, you still won't be able to run the app on a Mac unless you're a developer and you inject the Xcode directly into the simulator.
