The RTDP EQUITY PLUS doesn't appear to be available for troubleshooting or downloading. I've searched every other website and couldn't find anything about it. Look in the installation directory for help files or troubleshooting documents because you might find the answer there. Secondly, go to Help > About and note the contact options to get in touch with the developers.
